Compressed wood briquettes (PINI KAY) provide strong combustion and embers that last up to 3 hours.
Ideal for professionals for their pizza ovens, grills, and barbecues, but also for certain types of stoves, such as soapstone stoves, Scandinavian stoves, and mass stoves.

Moisture content below 6%.
Very high calorific value: 18.5 MJ/kg (5.1 kWh/kg).
Very high density; thanks to its internal hole, elongation during combustion is greatly reduced.
Perfect for all stove sizes and ideal for small stoves.
Each 10 kg pack of 12 logs is secured with strapping and wrapped in shrink film.
The briquettes do not deform and do not produce sparks or projections during combustion.
The embers formed during combustion are stable and can be handled with tongs.
The octagonal shape of the product allows it to remain stable on the hearths of wood-fired ovens.

Performance in use:
The combustion of a Pini Kay briquette takes place in two stages. The first stage lasts approximately 30 minutes and produces lively flames. The second stage, in the form of bright red embers, releases combustion heat gradually for over 2.5 hours.
At the end, a tiny amount of grey ash residue remains.
Thus, the briquettes release heat for over 3 hours in total.
